What are the house rules?
The minimum age to book is 18. No parties or events—violations may result in immediate termination of stay. Fireplaces (indoor & outdoor) are available October 1–March 31 only. Roads to the cabin are unpaved gravel—drive carefully and use Google Maps. This cabin is in a natural wooded environment so occasional insects and wildlife are expected and normal.
What is the pet fee?
Pets are welcome! The pet fee is $45 per pet, per stay with no limit on the number of pets. Please select the pet fee add-on during booking.
Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes—the hot tub is available year-round and professionally cleaned between every stay.
Are the roads to the cabin paved?
No—the roads leading to the cabin are unpaved gravel. Please drive carefully. We recommend entering the address into Google Maps while still on the main highway for the best directions.
How far is Hochatown?
Hochatown dining, breweries, and activities are just 5 minutes away. Beavers Bend State Park is approximately 7 minutes from the cabin.
