😎 What’s Panama City Beach, FL all about? Panama City Beach is the kind of place where beach days tend to turn into sunset evenings without much planning. The sand here is famously soft and white and the water has that bright emerald color the Gulf is known for. Most people spend their days swimming, boating, or taking a dolphin tour out toward Shell Island, then grabbing fresh seafood somewhere casual by the water. There’s a good mix of things to do too—nature trails and wildlife at St. Andrews State Park, family attractions and shopping at Pier Park, and plenty of laid-back beach bars and restaurants where you can catch the sunset after a long day outside.

💡 Other things to note ✓ This home is in a newly developed beach community, so you may occasionally see or hear light construction nearby as the neighborhood continues to grow. ✓ The beach access is about a one-minute walk from the home, giving you quick and easy trips back and forth throughout the day. ✓ The pool can be heated for $50/day and may be limited during freezing temps. It must be on for the duration of your stay (cannot be turned on/off during stay) ✓ Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. ✓ Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature. ✓ Wi-Fi: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi in Panama City Beach. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service that may impact your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
