The area is known for Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the Ouachita Mountains, so you’ll see a lot of hiking, kayaking, fishing, and boating during the day. Just a few minutes away in Hochatown, there’s a fun mix of breweries, wineries, local restaurants, and quirky attractions like a petting zoo and giant maze. It still has a laid-back small-town feel, but there’s plenty to do whether you want to explore nature or just relax with good food, a drink, and some fresh mountain air.
